1st of all everyone is different, the 1st thing that I started to feel at 4 weeks was painful sore breasts. Then 6-7 weeks still sore breast and morning sickness started. 8-9 weeks morning sickness what at it’s worse. 11-12 I’m starting to eat more now I lost 8lb in my 1st trimester.

Well everyone is different. Some people experience all of the symptoms while others dont have any!! I (right away) had tender boobs that wouldnt stop growing. I was constanly hungry, peeing, and tired by 5 weeks. But I NEVER got morning sickness. Everyone is different, but those are the main symptoms people tend to have.
The first reliable symptom would be a missed period. Other symptoms are like PMS, which makes it impossible to know whether you are pregnant by just the symptoms. After you miss your period, then the only way to know for sure whether you are pregnant is to test.
And not all women experience the typical pregnancy signs. Many women will continue to have bleeding that resembles a period, and have no idea they are pregnant!
As for me, had I not missed a period I never would have guessed I could be pregnant because I had no symptoms whatsoever.
