First Signs Of Pregnancy

If I am pregnant, I would be somewhere between 4-6 weeks, usually when I lay on my back and massage my lower abdomen, it’s jiggily (3 prior deliveries) - but I noticed tonight, that it’s not quite as jiggily, it’s more firm - now I know the baby is only the size of a pea - but the uterus stretches and expands to make room for the growing baby - could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

P.S - no, Im not bloated, nor do I feel bloated - just had a very healthy BM lol…..

Let me clarify this - okay, my boobs and my lower abdomen feel fuller - is this a sign?…lol

I am currently 11 days past ovulation, and have a heavy feeling in my uterus since 5 dpo. I have never experienced this feeling before. I feel sooooo weird. I have had very mild cramping on and off, but the heavy feeling is driving me nuts! Anyone had this feeling in early pregnancy?

Can nose bleeds be a sign of early pregnancy?
last night i had a nose bleed and i have never ever had one in my life before last night!! i had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago im just waiting for my period to see if im pregnant, i heard you can get nosebleeds in early pregnancy is this true?

my period is due on 18th this month.and today morning when i wake up i went to pee…….and suddenly i felt faint and feel like vomiting but i didnt vomit.i was too tired.and constipated too.my head was turning like nothing.my view got dark. then my hubby only carried me to the bed.this is first time that happend to me. we r ttc. so im suspecting weather this is an early sign of pregnancy? pls tell me some suggestions.
