First Signs Of Pregnancy

I am about 5 DPO and my nipples are so sore have been since 2 DPO. I had slight cramping 1 & 2 DPO, assuming that is from ovulation however husband I began BD 5 days before O and every day until and 2 days post (we are covered if I Oed early). I have also noticed that my sex drive has been threw the roof for the past 2 days. I did experience this once before when I was pregnant but that was so long ago.

Im 18 (please dont lecture me ive lived on the streets and grew up really quick and all ive ever wanted was my own family) I’m very skinny and my period is still a week away but ive been feeling pg signs for a few days now, first my lower belly bloated and never goes flat like it used to be (its like i just ate a big meal and bloated but the bloating is lower and its there all the time even when im hungry and when i first wake up in the morning) also my nipples are VERY sensitive (which was one of the major signs i got last time i was pg, and when i pms my boobs get sore not my nipples), i’ve also been more tired lately and every time i eat i get this uncomfortable feeling in my stomach after a few minutes like something’s different in there.I had slight cramps a few days ago too which i read is another sign. I was thinking maybe becaz ive been pg before and im so tiny that could be why Im showing sooner? or could it be twins? Also if Im having signs earlier can /should i test earlier?

My husband and I have been TTC since my ectopic in May. With the ectopic I didn’t have any symptoms except a missed period. I am about a week before expected period and my nipples are sore and the big blue veins under the skin. This morning I woke up nauseated and I couldn’t get full and the more I ate the nauseated I got. I haven’t been very tired just not wanting to do anything. What are the some of the earliest symptoms before positive test?

i just want to know really early sings. burning nipples? stomach aches? but more detail.
i dont know if i’m pregnat and i’m still waiting so i can take a pregnancy test.

Are there any uncommon signs or weird signs of pregnancy?
I know the basic ones. My last period was the 5th which oddly only lasted 4 days. I felt my ovulation on the 16th (alot of pain). First it was a lower back ache with a knot on the r-side and then cramps… I had sex 2 days prior, 4 & 5 days prior and both days after my ovulation. When I squeeze my nipples they are sore, one evening I was nauseated, I have allergie issues right now and I’ve been really tired - don’t want to get up out of bed. I’ve actually been really calm since I’m usually constantly anxious. I don’t want to second guess myself or get my hopes up.
